Eurodreams is a lottery game that involves picking numbers from two different sequential number matrices. Players select a specific set of numbers in each matrix, and then, through a draw, the winners are determined according to pre-established rules and modalities.

**Forecast**: This term is used to describe each number that the player chooses.

**Block**: This is the basic unit of the game, consisting of two arrays of sequential numbers. One matrix has 40 cells, and the other has 5 cells. Game tickets show several of these blocks.

**Bet**: This is the set of seven predictions made within a block. It consists of six predictions from the first matrix (number matrix) and one additional prediction from the second matrix (dream number matrix).

**Prize Structure**: There are six prize categories. The first two categories offer prizes of a fixed amount, paid in monthly instalments over a specified number of years. The sixth category offers a prize equal to the amount of the wager. These prizes are subject to certain exceptions and limits, which are detailed in the relevant section.

**Reserve Fund**: Accumulated amount reserved for first and second category winners, as well as for future promotions.

A Eurodreams bet is priced at 2.50 Euro. For players who are located in countries with lottery operators that are part of Eurodreams but do not use the Euro, the amount will be the equivalent in their local currency.

**Single draw**

If you want to play in Monday's draw only, make sure you validate your predictions before the draw starts. Similarly, if you want to participate in the Thursday draw only, register your predictions after the Monday draw but before the Thursday validation deadline.

**Two draws per week**

You can also choose to play in both draws of the week (Monday and Thursday) using the weekly subscription system. To do so, you must validate your tickets before the Monday draw.

**Multi-week subscription**

If you prefer, there is a multi-week subscription option that allows you to play in the draws of two consecutive weeks.

To use this option, validate your bets before the Monday draw of the first week if you want to participate in four consecutive draws. If you prefer to play in three consecutive draws, validate your bets before the Thursday draw of the first week. In both cases, prizes won will be paid out in one lump sum, and the deadline will be determined by the date of the last draw in which you participate.

To make your prediction, you will have to mark with an "X" in the corresponding boxes of each block of the ticket. These boxes contain the numbers you choose.

If you decide to play the multiple system, you must also mark with an "X" in the specific area of the ticket, the box that indicates the number of picks you have selected in the first table or matrix of 40 numbers. These odds must be indicated in the first block only.

In addition, you will have to mark with an "X" the box indicating the draw or draw periods in which you wish to participate. The limit for this is the draws that take place in a period of two consecutive weeks. This marking is done in the space provided on the ticket.

**Single and Multi bets**.

Bets are classified as single and combined bets. Single bets are placed by making a single prediction on each block of the ticket. Combination bets are placed by selecting multiple picks in a single block, which must be block number 1.

**Number of Single Bets Allowed**.

You can place as many single bets as there are blocks on the ticket. If you wish to place one single bet, you will select six picks in the top table and one in the bottom table of block 1. If you wish to place two bets, you will select the same number of picks in blocks 1 and 2.

**Number of Multi Bets Allowed**.

Multi bets allow you to place 7, 28, 35, 84 or 210 bets on a single ticket. To do so, you must select 7, 8, 5, 9 or 10 picks, respectively, in the first table of numbers, always in block 1 of the ticket. For example, in a combined bet of 35, you will select five picks in the first table, and these will be combined with each of the other numbers in the table, thus forming 35 sets of picks, i.e. 35 bets.

It is crucial to mark with an "X" in the specific area of the ticket the box indicating the number of picks selected in block 1.

The bets resulting from all possible combinations between the picks in the first table of numbers are detailed in the table below:

Top Tips | 2nd Table |

1st Table | 1 |

6 | 1 |

7 | 7 |

8 | 28 |

5 | 35 |

9 | 84 |

10 | 210 |

There are several methods for the admission and validation of your bets at Eurodreams:

- Validation via computer system.
- Validation via the Internet.

Eurodreams draws will take place on Mondays and Thursdays of each week. They will be conducted electronically, provided that the conditions of participation will be fulfilled and alternative arrangements will be made if necessary. The lottery operators in the participating countries will determine the location, day and time of the draws. In exceptional circumstances, draws will be conducted manually.

The draws will be electronic and will be carried out by means of a random number generator which will be certified in accordance with the regulations in force.

For the manual draws, two drums will be used with balls of equal material and weight, numbered consecutively. Six balls will be drawn from the first drum, which will be sub-draw A, and one ball will be drawn from the second drum, or sub-draw B. This combination of 6 + 1 numbers will constitute the winning combination.

If a draw, or only sub-draw A or B, is interrupted due to circumstances beyond the control of the certifying officer, an additional draw will be conducted. In this additional draw, the balls necessary to complete the total of 6 balls for sub-draw A and 1 ball for sub-draw B shall be drawn. At the end of the draw, the person in charge will confirm the numbers of all the balls that will have been part of the draw.

**First Category** (match 6 numbers from the first matrix and 1 from the second)

Winners in this category will receive monthly payments of EUR 20,000 for 30 years, totalling EUR 7.2 million. The maximum fund for this category is 21.6 million euros per draw, allowing for up to three winners. If there are more than three winners, the fund is divided between them all, and is paid out in one lump sum rather than in monthly instalments.

**Second Category** (matching 6 numbers from the first matrix)

Winners in this category will receive monthly payments of 2,000 euros for 5 years, totalling 120,000 euros. The maximum prize fund for this category is 1.44 million euros per draw, allowing for up to twelve winners. If this number is exceeded, the fund is divided among all winners and paid out in one lump sum.

**Third Category** (matching 5 numbers from the first matrix)

The prize is calculated by dividing 2.13% of the "3rd to 5th Category Prize Fund" among all winners in this category.

**Fourth Category** (match 4 numbers from the first matrix)

The prize is determined by sharing 34.24% of the "Prize Fund 3rd to 5th Category" among all winners in this category.

**Fifth Category** (match 3 numbers from the first matrix)

The prize is established by dividing 63.63% of the "Prize Fund 3rd to 5th Category" among all winners in this category.

**Sixth Category** (match 2 numbers from the first matrix)

The prize for this category is a fixed amount of 2.50 euros, although this amount may be subject to adjustments in the prize distribution.

52% of the total revenue is allocated to prize money. This percentage is calculated on the basis of the total number of bets validated in all countries participating in Eurodreams, and is known as the "Prize Fund".

After deducting from the "Prize Fund" the amounts allocated to the first and second category (Reserve Fund) and to the sixth category, the remaining balance is divided between the third, fourth and fifth categories. This amount is referred to as the "3rd to 5th Category Prize Fund".

45.21% of the total prize fund is directed to the "Reserve Fund". This fund is mainly used to cover prizes in the first and second categories, and can also be used for future game-related promotions.

**Categories without Winners**.

If there are no winners in the first or second category in a draw, the money for those prizes will be accumulated in the Reserve Fund.

If there are no winners in the third or fourth category, the amount for these prizes will be added to that of the category immediately below.

If there are no winners in the fifth category, the money set aside for these prizes will be transferred to the Reserve Fund for the next draw.

If a draw has no winners in the sixth category, no amount for prizes in this category will be deducted in the calculation of the amount for winners in the third to fifth category.

**Minor Prizes in Higher Categories**.

If the prize for winners in the fifth category is less than the prize in the sixth category, the prize amounts of both categories will be merged and shared equally between all winners in both categories.

This rule shall also apply if the same occurs between the winners of the fourth and fifth category or between the winners of the third and fourth category.

**Specialties in First and Second Category Payouts**

If a first or second category winner dies before receiving the entire prize, the outstanding amount will be paid in one lump sum, in accordance with applicable inheritance laws.

The term "outstanding amount" means the total of the monthly instalments not yet paid at the time when the death is officially recorded. This amount shall be divided among the heirs in accordance with the laws of succession.

**Legal Limitations**

If due to legal restrictions it is not possible to make the payment of the first and second category prizes in monthly instalments, these will be paid in a single payment.

**Counting Process**.

Once the draw has been concluded, the scrutiny of all the validated bets that will have participated will be carried out. The objective will be to allocate the prizes for each bet, based on the match between the winning combination and the selections made in the validated bets from all countries involved. It should be noted that for each single bet, only one prize can be awarded.

**Prize Distribution and Ranking**.

From all the bets that will have participated, a file will be generated in the Central Computer System at national level. This file will contain the winning bets, classified by the different prize categories.

From the Central Computer System, a detailed report will be sent to the Supreme Control Board and to the unit responsible for the verification and dissemination of the results. This report will detail the total collection and the number of prizes per category that will correspond to each draw at national level.

**Archiving and Custody of Betting Records**.

Once the verification has been completed, the Superior Control Board will be responsible for the archiving and safekeeping of the records that will have come from the Central Computer System.

**Place of collection of prizes**.

Prizes may be collected at authorised points of sale, at authorised banks and at offices to be determined in accordance with the conditions established by the corresponding entity.

Although the amount of the prizes will come from the distribution of the percentage destined for this purpose, globally, of the total bets placed in the countries that offer this game, the winning tickets can only be cashed in the country and through the issuing operator.

Each prize will be paid out to a single individual.

The collection of the prizes can be requested from the first working day following the last draw in which the player has participated.

**Specialities of the Term and Requirements for the Collection of Prizes of First or Second Category**

In order to collect a prize, it will be necessary to comply with certain requirements to be determined, such as the presentation and validation of the ticket, the identification of the winner and the delivery of the documentation required by the regulations in force.

The collection of the monthly instalments of the first or second category prizes, after deduction of withholding tax if applicable,

This period could be interrupted if a relevant procedure is filed before the ordinary jurisdiction for the ownership of a winning ticket and if said jurisdiction orders the stoppage of the payment of the prize before it has been paid to the presenter of the ticket.
